This year I am implementing a plan to keep my weight-loss goals on track. I have always been able to lose weight, but keeping the weight off is another story. I ALWAYS get back to being 185 lbs because I do not stay consistent. I am changing that NOW!!! I have set up a 6 month challenge for myself to keep myself accountable and now I am sharing it with you all. Anyone who wants to join me on this challenge just comment below.
